Carpet Care Instructions

  1. Vacuum Regularly: Vacuuming removes dirt and soil, preventing discoloration and matting. Up to 80% of carpet soil is dry particulate that can be removed with a vacuum cleaner.
    • Avoid vacuuming the outer serged edge to prevent fraying and breakage.
  2. Do Not Shake or Beat the Rug: This can cause damage.
  3. Clean Spills Immediately:
    • Blot spills with a cloth or sponge.
    • Use dry cleaning solvents for grease spots.
    • For spot cleaning, we recommend dry clean kits.
    • Test any cleaner on an inconspicuous area first.
  4. Avoid Household Chemicals: These can stain or discolor your carpet, so we recommend avoiding them.
  5. Professional Cleaning: Periodic professional cleanings using the power spray-extraction method are recommended. Use minimal cleaning chemicals and allow the rug to dry flat on the floor.
